About Gaash

Runtime: 14 minutes

Language: Hindi

Genre: Drama

Under a shroud of life, Fatima embarks on a journey in search of her beloved Gaash(light). Director Statement: With all the chaos going in the world due to cast, creed and religion, Gaash is a film about love. A pure unabashed declaration of love against religious ideologies. For Fatima, there is only one true love, Gaash. For Fatima, love has no religion and beyond that. Gaash is separated from Fatima based on his religion, and now Fatima embarks on a journey to meet him, to be one with him. No one can separate her from him in the afterlife. Through this unabashed declaration of love, we intend to bring people together through only one religion, the religion of humanity. We dream of a world where only love exists, where one can be who they’re, where they can express their true selves. For Fatima, Gaash is where love is.
